I can provide a bit on the second bullet above regarding Remote Help licensing. Others that have used the TeamViewer integration will probably be able to chime in (I have seen a few post that they used it over the years), but I thought TeamViewer only required licensing for the technicians/helpers, and not the end users (don't quote me on that though).
